It was whilst we were in Clarks that I spotted these beautiful baby blue brogues in th softest leather and I just couldn’t resist. Plus they were 50% off so it was a no brainer!

Now Clarks is a controversial choice I know as it seems to be stuck in the fuddy duddy category but whilst not all their collections are up there as the coolest they do have the odd pair now and then which you can’t believe are Clarks!

And these are one of them.

They are such a beautiful baby blue colour and so comfortable to wear. They are a perfect shoe for Spring/Summer as they are lighter and the suede finish just works when the weather is better.

Now I am normally a size 7 but I had to go up a size as these shoes are narrow – you can still get them online here

Whilst browsing their website I did spot a couple of other shoes that I hadn’t seen in the shop but I do think are pretty fabulous –

Trilby Tweed –Was £44.99 Now £29.99 – they do these in a couple of colour combo’s but I think this one is the best for the Summer

Sarina Bowes – Was £49.99 Now £34.99 – a great pair of black sandals but with the chunky heel they feel a lot more modern. They also do these in a tan version

Frieda Sun –Was £69.00 Now £49.00 – I can see these worn with jeans and a tee whilst strolling around the city – a great pop of colour

So maybe we should all give Clarks a chance 🙂

Payday Splurging

Today is payday, so I thought I’d share some things I am looking to splurge on. What about you guys – any exciting payday purchases planned?

ASOSblueASOS blueback

High Waist Trousers with Wide Leg – ASOS £14

Grace by Grace Coddington £19.20

Ticket to Wilfred Bagshaw’s Time Emporium – £26.50

Wilfred Bagshaw’s Time Emporium is an immersive, time travelling adventure, which culminates in thrilling, historically themed after-party.

Guests will step through the shabby frontage of the Time Emporium and encounter legendary Victorian Time Traveller Wilfred Bagshawe, and his Time Portal to The Unknown. They will then be sent on an exciting, interactive quest in the distant, medieval past. This is the first opportunity to not only immerse yourself in a fantastic world (travelling back in time to key events in human history) but also to affect the outcome of the narrative itself; to become the protagonists of a truly interactive adventure. And when it’s all over? Well, that’s when the party begins…

Dreaming of warmer weather..

I am eagerly awaiting not only the arrival of warmer weather but also that of a new swimsuit that I have ordered from H&M.

I love the pattern and the fact that it is only £19.99 – you can still get it here.

With the arrival of new purchases I thought I would do a little round-up of the things I am currently lusting over…

Obsessed with pinning on Pinterest…

So I have been on Pinterest for a couple of months now and like the rest of the population I am totally obsessed.

I could (and often will) spend hours on this nifty little website exploring and discovering new outfit ideas, home decor inspiration as well as various quotes, images and cool tricks and tips!

As you will see I have various boards on the go – including one for this blog – so if you are already a member would be great to connect and if you haven’t yet joined I would highly recommend it!
