I’m back home and making the most of my time by catching up with old friends.
Yesterday I met with some of my dearest girlfriends at the Leamington Food Festival which was a culinary delight. We ate ourselves silly with Gaucho BBQ, lamb burgers, the most amazing salted caramel brownies and gin and lemon ice cream. The company was even better. So lovely catching up with these ladies especially as I have known them for so long.
Our lives have changed so much since we first met (almost 7 years ago) and I am so happy for each and every one of them. It is lovely to stay in touch with them as we continue on our journeys and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for all of us.
As I am not prepared for the change in weather I didn’t pack any warm clothes (typical!) so I decided to go with what I had already planned to wear, even though it wasn’t really weather appropriate.

The dress is a firm favourite of mine from H&M as are the shoes although they have finally seen their last day!
You will see that I am also toting a new bag *sigh*….the Sydney Shopper from Fossil which my dearest dad got me as a going away present.
It is absolutely perfect for my travels, plenty of space to hold all my necessities, slouchy enough and the most gorgeous tan colour which means it will go with any outfit. The fact that it is named after my first destination is the icing on the cake.
Having never stepped into a Fossil shop before there was a number of things I could have happily walked away with and I will definitely be bearing it in mind for future shopping trips.
You can pick up this delightful bag online here and the full colour range is absolutely gorgeous – I was equally tempted by the orange but decided to go neutral so as to make it more versatile.
